By the Sea

It had been five years since Noelle had been to Monterey.  So, naturally we took it upon ourselves to change that.  No need to thank us, sometimes you just have to do something for someone else...as horrible and painful as this was, we knew we had to be a good sister and friend and make this happen for her.  It was our duty...an obligation if you will.  And I will step up to the plate any other time I need to.  I am a team player through and through

First stop...Rosine's for lunch.  No, that was not our lunch, but we all ate half of it so that we could say we ate lunch before hand!  Lemon anything is my weakness, and that would be a six layer lemon cake. 

Walking Ocean Ave., at dusk, when it is 70 degrees...pure bliss.

Scenic drive.  I'm thinking this will be my view from the large bay window in my retirement home. 

What better way to spend the evening than in a sports bar where both the Sharks and NFL game was on.
